Founded by Jason and Depris, J&D Luxe Management combines decades of experience in hospitality, real estate, business operations, client service, and management. Together, they bring a unique blend of expertise, professionalism, and personalized attention to every property they oversee.

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience as a travel advisor and 9 years in hospitality management, including 5 years as a General Manager of boutique hotels. Throughout his hospitality career, he successfully managed guest experiences, operations, and staff, and at times oversaw two boutique hotels simultaneously. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management, providing him with both the practical and academic foundation to deliver exceptional service.

In addition to his hospitality background, Jason is also a trusted real estate professional in Puerto Vallarta, building on 7 years of real estate experience in Delaware and Maryland. His expertise in real estate, property operations, and client relations gives homeowners confidence that their investments are being managed with a comprehensive understanding of both property ownership and guest expectations.

Depris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Public Administration. With direct hospitality experience and a career dedicated to streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing client and guest experiences, Depris ensures that every detail is managed with professionalism and care.

After relocating to Puerto Vallarta in December 2023, Jason and Depris quickly fell in love with the community, culture, and people who make this destination so special. J&D Luxe Management was created as one of the many ways they choose to give back to the community they now proudly call home.
